I like how the AAD advises expeditioners on the importance of drinking enough water. The following instructions are printed on the water bottles.

Hydrate or die!

If uncertain how to stay hydrated follow the instructions below:

1. 1. Hold the bottle

2. 2. Unscrew the lid

3. 3. Place bottle under tap

4. 4. Fill bottle

5. 5. Drink contents

6. 6. Refill bottle

7. 7. Repeat above steps throughout the day x 4.
